During these unprecedented times, Home Mobility remains motivated to provide solutions and support to increase the independence of the physically challenged or elderly, to enable them to live an active life, and to facilitate for their care providers and family. As we navigate through the Coronavirus pandemic we are acutely aware of the challenges we all face, particularly our older customers and those at increased risk of the illness. As part of our COVID-19 response, we’re doing everything we can to safeguard our employees, suppliers, partners and customers, by tightening our health and hygiene protocols for all our employees .

As the world deals with the new reality imposed by COVOD-19, we learn to change our habits and our working practices to ensure the maximum level of safety when coming in contact with our customers.

Even if the lockdown is relaxed, we anticipate many people, particularly older members of the community, will continue to minimise non-essential contact.

2. Send a Picture of your Staircase
Once we have discussed your needs over the phone, we will ask you to send us pictures or a short video of your staircase in order to calculate a price estimate ) for you based on your staircase and your needs. (how much does a stairlift cost?)
We will provide you with a no-obligation quotation via email, messenger or during the video call.
3. On-site survey
The on-site survey is an important part of the process. We will explain the process BEFORE the vist, so that on the day, we can take final measurements in the shortest time possible. We will be take maximum precautions (mask, PPE, gloves, safe distancing and minimum contact) and sanitize the work area before we leave.
4. Delivery and installation.
Once the order is finalised, the factory will produce and ship your Stairlift. (read what our suppliers are doing to protect you). On arrival, we will organise delivery and installation dates with you. As goods enter your house, they will be unboxed in an allocated area (we will agree this with you). All unboxed goods will be sanitized. The installing team will be take maximum precautions (mask, PPE, gloves, safe distancing and minimum contact) and sanitize the work area before we leave.
